"Murder Above Top Secret" could have only been written by one person and that is J.L.Hodges. He is the only one with the knowledge and willingness to step forward and tell the tale of Donald C. Neil's murder. Neil, a divorced father of one worked for a NASA contracted firm in the late seventies. He had also worked on other top-secret, government programs before his death. Although an odd sort, he by no means deserved his ending. J.L. Hodges was the lead investigator on the case for the Webster, Texas Police Department. The detective soon found out that there were others out there that did not want the truth to be told.
Hodges leads the investigation methodically and in the best manner of experienced detectives but is continually stymied by unknown agencies within the federal government, as well as foreign spies and contract intelligence operators, even to the point of evidence being stolen and the body tampered with.
